Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red colour with dark violet hues. On the nose: Interesting aromatic complexity reminiscent of ripe plums, dried red fruits, nutmeg and spices, with notes of smokiness and chocolate. On the palate: Soft and velvety tannins, smooth and robust structure. Long and elegant finish.
Food Pairing: This is a very complex wine that can be paired with rich meat dishes, French cuisine with rich sauces, and spicy Mediterranean dishes. Also wonderful sipped on its own.
