Gold Label Chardonnay is sourced from high altitude vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, a region renowned for producing elegant Chardonnays with concentrated flavours. An excellent expression of region and variety, the nose shows aromas of grapefruit and white peach with a subtle nutty oak influence. A rich, complex creamy palate is balanced with refreshing acid and a long, delicate finish.

Eight months maturation in 85% seasoned and 15% new French oak
Nose:
The nose shows stone fruits and grapefruit, with subtle oak complexity.
Palate:

A fine acid backbone runs through the palate, with oak supporting the fruit but never dominating. Extended time on lees has provided a creamy, integrated mouthfeel and further layers of complexity.
