The Riesling underwent twice weekly lees resuspension for 3 months, while 20% of the Chardonnay was aged with oak staves for 3 months, 20% in second or third use oak barrels, and the other 60% is unoaked. This unique blend of fine white varieties shows a pale color with yellow hues. On the nose is exhuberant in ripe fruity such as pears and apricots. Velvety, soft but creamy on the palate, with a touch of caramel given by the French barrel aging.
